We are NOT an Authorized dealer and are therefore not
bound to selling the watches at the manufacturer’s
mandated price, which is precisely why we can sell the
watches at such a discount. Nevertheless, all of our
watches are Brand New and Authentic. We purchase only
from Authorized Dealers, which is how we ensure
authenticity. We purchase in enormous volume at a
heavily discounted price, and we sell a tremendous
volume as well. We are currently the largest
watch-only web-based retailer in the world. We
therefore do not have large margins, which is how our
prices are so competitive. It is the volume of sales
which drives us to success, not a markup on any given
watch.

What is the concept of the warranty? In case the watch faces some problem can I give it to an autheticated retailer of Tag Heuer here in Greece??The warranty that is offered with our watches is
facilitated through AuthenticWatches.com, not through
the manufacturer. If a problem should arise with the
watch, you must ship it back to us and we will ship to
the authorized dealer. The authorized dealer will then
conduct warranty repair, or send it back to the
manufacturer free of charge.
