Hey there mate,
I recently came across a post, by a guy in Germany, probably the same person you're talking about. He issued a warning about this guy and i think he mentioned that he intended to take some serious legal actions against this defrauder.... I think that in our forum we have already had the German's post featured, but as far as i can remember none of us neither knew the seller nor had bought a watch from him.
Unfortunately i can't tell you anything about this guy. Never been to his store and never bought a single watch from him... hell i don't even know someone that has... having said that i will go by his store tomorrow and check it out.
Now a bit of friendly advice... take legal actions mate. If this is a fake watch, it didn't cause harm to you only, but it caused damages to the company and the whole industry and this guy needs to be behind bars. Contact your country's consumer protection services and have someone to contact the Greek Consumer Protection office as well ... i'm sure anyone in here would be happy to do that for you. Again, this is unacceptable and legal actions need to be taken for our sake!!!!
Anyway, take care and as i said i think i will take the time and go to see what his " store " is all about.
ps: lol i just noticed that you were that German i was talking about
