Hello,
Thank you for your recent order of a Seiko watch. We have been unable to ship your item because Seiko has not delivered shipment of this watch. They have now told us that they will not be able to deliver the watch you selected until January 5th, 2015.
We regret any inconvenience that this may cause you. If you would like, you may switch your order to a different item. You can view our selection of Seiko watches here:
Simply let us know if you would like to change your order.
If you wish to wait until the original watch ordered is back in stock, you don't need to do anything - we'll ship the item as soon as it is available again. In our experience Seiko is very good about getting items available before the expected date.
We sincerely apologize for the added wait, and greatly appreciate your understanding and your business.
If you have any questions, or if we can help in any way, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Sincerely,
Jennifer
