Την διαφορα της ηλιακης ωρας (αυτη που μετραει ενα ηλιακο ρολοι απο τη γωνια του ηλιου) απο την ωρα που μετραει ενα ρολοι στη γη, περνοντας ως δεδομενο πως τα 2 αυτα δεδομενα παιρνονται ακριβως στον ιδιο τοπο και την ιδια στιγμη. Πρεπει να υπολογιζει την διαφορα αναμεσα στον αστικο και τον ηλιακο χρονο... Η διαφορα αυτή προκυπτει απο το γεγονος οτι η κινηση της γης γυρω απο τον ηλιο δεν ειναι απολυτα κυκλικη αλλα ελλειπτικη..Αυτο συνεπαγεται οτι 1 αστικο δευτερολεπτο διαρκει 0,99726957 σε ηλιακο δευτερολεπτο..Τεσσερις ημερες τον χρονο 15 Απριλιου, 13 Ιουνιου, 1 Σεπτεμβριου, και 25 Δεκεμβριου η διαφορα αυτή ειναι 0.

 Αν κρινω απο το γεγονος οτι σχετιζεται το ρολοι με τον Γαλιλαιο αυτο πρεπει να ειναι... Φυσικα επισημη ανακοινωση δεν βρηκα πουθενα..
