Stowa,Archimede,Laco και Dornbluth.

Hi Thomas
Unfortunately with that case costing €100, the movement costing €100 if I am lucky, a dial print set up of €150 and €30 per dial,(trade prices) plus hands, crown and a decent strap I can not make that watch any cheeper, on those costs I also pay tax, with an ETA €400 is the cheapest I can make it for, I would love to be able to build it with the same quality for less but it cant be done, or at least I cant do it, my cases are the same as stowa, and is the best quality I can get. I don’t want to compromise quality and provide a watch for people that is not as good as it can be. The only way to make it cheeper is with the seagull which is every bit as good as the ETA but still not a cheep movement on the whole scheme of things, but it will last and can be serviced. I know you may see watches that look similar on ebay ect and the makers in china that cost less, I build every watch that bears my name in Germany, all my parts are sourced from German suppliers who guarantee their parts to enable me to guarantee my work. Unfortunately that is just the economics of it if you can find cheeper ETA movements than €100 then we can discount there.
