Μετά από προτάσεις των μελών έκανα μερικές διορθώσεις.
Dear Torsten,
I am a moderator at the greek forum mywatch.gr. I participated at the recent project that you made for us, my watch is no.1, it was among those that had problems and was given back to you in order to get fixed. I haven't received my watch yet, but it doesn't matter, I guess it will come in a couple of days. The reason I am sending you this email is not about my watch. It's about all of them.
Some of our members have received their "fixed" and "thoroughly inspected" watches. Let me show you some pictures.

This is only a fraction of the problems we have. One member have a damaged hand that you supposed to have fixed.
Another member paid for the decorated version of the Longines caliber and received a normal one.
Someone else that has the decorated version, paid 800+ euros for a watch that isn't working.
There are at least 6 members that haven't even received their watches (you 're supposedly searching in the European Market, for the proper hands...!!!), 4 months after payment!!!
And I am not even mentioning the straps and the engraved buckles that are missing.
I don't think that you are attending to our problems the correct way, so I will be straightforward and tell you where this is going.
We are a community with thousands of members, and at least a hundred members that are active and well respected in all international watch forums. Our bad experience with your company will go public to all watch forums we have access to, and also on facebook and everywhere that we can.
Apart from that, we are also considering on taking legal action in order to protect our interests.
I strongly suggest that even at this last hour you start showing some respect to our members and the hard-earned money that we paid you for this project, if you do not want your reputation as a watch maker to be seriously damaged.
Our experience at dealing with you has been traumatic, to say the least, and so far we have been very patient with all the problems that have aroused, but we are running out of patience.
All you have been saying from the beginning is "don’t worry, everything will be fixed" and the watches keep coming with huge problems. I don't think that you are handling the situation as seriously as you should and this will not end well for us, neither for you.

Ωστόσο, αφού ο Ηλίας έχει, εύλογες, αντιρρήσεις, δεν το στέλνω ακόμη. Θα περιμένω να σταλούν και τα τελευταία ρολόγια, έστω με τους λάθος δείκτες και μετά θα γίνει ότι είναι να γίνει.
