A “ONE NIGHT ONLY” WITH OFFICINE PANERAI AND HUGH JACKMAN’SWith the help of Hugh Jackman’s “One Night Only” concert and many generous sponsors such as Officine Panerai, $1.85 million was raised last Saturday evening, October 12th, in Los Angeles for the Motion Picture & Television Fund, a non-profit organization which was established to aid industry workers post Hollywood life with healthcare, retirement and wellness.

ImageShack.usThe show ran for nearly three hours and ended with a live auction run by Jackman himself. Among some of the “hot ticket” items auctioned off for the MPTF was a Panerai timepiece – a Luminor Marina 1950 3 Days Automatic
(PAM 00359) which, along with costume and prop souvenirs from his blockbuster film "Wolverine," was one of the highlights of the bidding. The benefit concert drew critical acclaim, attracting such famous faces as Tom Cruise, Jeffrey Katzenberg, Olivia Munn, Diane von Furstenburg and many top names in Hollywood as well as other fans from all over the world--many who had flown in from Australia for the event. Panerai North America President Rafael Alvarez, Public Relations Director Michele Gallagher and Beverly Hills Boutique Director Chad hosted Panerai clients and top Hollywood producers for the special performance and after-party.
